About Your Company


King Deux is seeking a highly analytical and structured Finance & Accounting Lead to oversee the financial operations, treasury management, and portfolio asset tracking for our Family Office. In this role, you will manage liquidity, coordinate with external financial partners, oversee investment settlements, and actively manage the recovery and consolidation of the office's legacy private market assets. The ideal candidate brings strong financial oversight capabilities and a hands-on approach to managing diverse asset classes.


You will report directly to the COO, principal and Managing Director.


You will work with the investment team in conducting financial due diligence. (global private equity direct, fund investment)


About your role


  • Treasury & Liquidity Management: Direct all treasury functions and manage overall cash flow to optimize liquidity. Provide weekly reporting and updates on credit and supply chain financing balances.

  • External Coordination & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for external accountants to ensure accurate monthly accounting, detailed book reconciliation, and balance sheet maintenance. Partner with Business Unit Managers to review and aggregate monthly financial statements for portfolio companies and ongoing projects.

  • Operations & Settlements: Oversee the operational lifecycle, execution, and settlement of investment and trading activities.

  • Asset Management & Special Situations: Consolidate and track historical private equity holdings, credit positions, and loan debt. Take the lead on executing collections and debt enforcement strategies where necessary.



What you will need to succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus).

  • Proven experience in a Family Office, Private Equity firm, or Corporate Finance environment.

  • Strong understanding of treasury functions, credit/supply chain financing, and investment settlement operations.

  • Experience in dealing with distressed assets, loan collections, or debt enforcement is highly desirable.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to effectively interface with external accountants and internal business unit leaders.
