Job Description
Our IT PC serves as a central point of contact and support for various technical projects within our organization. Their role involves coordinating the activities of technicians and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines. They play a crucial role in streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and facilitating collaboration among technicians to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate IT projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and tasks.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist the project manager in developing project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans. Handle administrative and bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what is needed at the right time.
- Client Interaction: Meet with project clients to assess their needs, and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.
- Team Support: Assign tasks to team members and help them understand project milestones and deliverables.
- Client and Technician Communication: Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle. Schedule stakeholder meetings and generate reports
