Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business hours - 40 hours a week

IT Network Engineer

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Replace Cisco switches.
• Copy configuration files onto switches.
• Deploy switches.
• Publish and maintain support documentation for PPI systems.
• Run diagnostic tests to detect and isolate machine malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot data or voice networks.
• Resolve basic issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs).
• Old Avaya phone system linked to aging Juniper devices Juniper engineer would need to do discovery to determine what devices are talking to each other and how to reset devices as well as missing passwords, etc.
• Pull out old Extreme Networks devices
• 500x Cisco C9300 switches need to be installed
• We are seeking an exceptionally skilled professional with extensive experience in both Juniper and Cisco systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to independently troubleshoot, reset devices, and configure switch stacks with minimal supervision.

• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Technical, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCENT, F5, and other relevant certifications.
• Desired Skills: Cisco Phones, local and wide area networking, switches, routers, and data applications.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, self-motivated, and proactive approach to tasks
