Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Azure DevOps QA Engineer to focus on manual testing within our agile development environment. This role will ensure high-quality deliverables by validating system functionality, detecting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing Execution: Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing in QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Test Case Design: Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and plans based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects in detail using Azure DevOps.
• Requirement Validation: Validate system functionalities against business and technical requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and clarity on requirements.
• Test Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including results and defects.
• API Testing: Perform manual API testing to validate data integration and backend workflows.
• Sprint Participation: Actively participate in sprint ceremonies such as planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Solid experience in manual testing and test case design.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman. Understanding of QA metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
