Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building backend services using ASP.NET Core and EF Core, and experienced in working with Kubernetes environments. This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services using ASP.NET Core and EF Core
• Work with SQL Server to model and manage complex datasets
• Build RESTful APIs that are clean, well-documented, and scalable
• Architect, deploy, and maintain microservices in Kubernetes environments
• Ensure observability and performance with logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical strategy
• Ensure the system is reliable, scalable, and runs smoothly across all parts.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
• Proficiency with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core
• Strong experience with SQL Server including query optimization, schema design, and indexing strategies
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Demonstrated experience working with Kubernetes in production (e.g., deploying, scaling, managing services)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, inter-service communication, and service discovery
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK stack
• Proven track record of building reliable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
• Strong English and Communication Skills
