Location: Guam Community College – Food Hub
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining food quality, consistency, and safety standards at the Guam Community College Food Hub.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to standards
Maintain food quality and portion control
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with food preparation and inventory tasks

Qualifications

1–2 years of cooking experience required
Must possess a valid Food Handlers Certificate
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
