Job Type: Initially, we are offering a part-time position and are open for contract. Having proven high capability & qualification after an agreed period of time, a full-time position will be discussed with strong compensation.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding sales, and developing strategic partnerships to maximize profitability. You will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and implement operational systems to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners.

- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on business development strategies, market trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- minimum of 5 years experience as a business development in the market (having experience as a business development in the trade industry or construction industry is preferred)
