Sagerlabs is hiring for a communication executive.

Job Purpose:

The Communications Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, implementing marketing projects, coordinating between internal departments, and working closely with influencers, suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to execute marketing strategies. This role ensures that all campaigns are aligned with client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

o Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and feedback loops.

o Ensure that client campaigns align with their brand strategy and marketing goals.

Project Implementation:

o Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timelines.

o Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, digital, and media teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

o Monitor and track the progress of campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

o Develop briefs, guiding the creative team with client-specific insights and strategies.

Departmental Coordination:

o Act as a liaison between the client and various internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.

o Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams to discuss project status, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions.

o Collaborate with the creative team to provide client-specific insights and feedback to guide campaign development.

Influencer Marketing:

o Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers that align with client campaigns and brand objectives.

o Coordinate influencer activities, including content creation, campaign participation, and performance tracking.

o Analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and provide insights for future collaborations.

Client & Campaign Reporting:

o Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

o Ensure that monthly reports and content calendars are completed and delivered on time, contributing to the overall success of client campaigns.

o Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and enhance future campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role within a marketing agency.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and campaign management.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and influencers.

Proficiency in using project management tools and marketing automation platforms.
