Job Description :

The Inbound Sales Assistant manages daily tasks, oversees social media messages , assists with training new sales agents, and provides performance analysis and recommendations. This role requires a proactive problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail.



Job Responsibilities:

- Support Sales Team Lead in daily tasks.
- Oversee sales team and ensure target achievement.
- Manage social media messages, especially on Telegram.
- Assist in training new sales agents.
- Analyze data and provide performance recommendations.



Job Requirements :

- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
