- Vendor Management:
 
- Identify and engage with vendors to support construction, design, and other operational needs.
 - Obtain, review, and negotiate quotations to secure the best terms for the organization.
 - Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective service.
 
- Exploring New Opportunities:
 
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders, potential partners, and other relevant audiences to promote new ventures.
 - Collaborate with the business development team to align opportunities with the organizations strategic goals.
 
- Internal and External Coordination:
 
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to coordinate project needs and ensure seamless communication.
 - Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors and franchisees, to align on project timelines and deliverables.
