As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand promotion while working in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to optimize campaigns.
- Support in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and collaborations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
