Team leader

Abwaab is a tech startup, primarily focusing on education technology (EdTech). It offers an online learning platform that provides access to educational content and resources for students. Abwaab aims to democratize education by making quality learning materials more accessible and affordable, thereby empowering learners of all ages and backgrounds to pursue their academic and professional goals.

The Team Lead is responsible for guiding and managing a team to achieve project goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and driving productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

Location : Baghdad - Al - yarmouk

Responsibilities :

- Managing and handling the team members.

- Onboarding new team members.

- Evaluate, train, and empower their team.

- Analyze the teamwork and find new ways to improve.

- Reports about the team members and the students.



Requirements :

- Time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of Google sheet.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
