Job Title: Showroom Manager

Job Description:

As the Showroom Manager at Evolve, you will be responsible for leading a

team of architectural engineers, overseeing the design and sales processes,

negotiating with customers, and fostering strong relationships with

engineering offices and residential complex sales representatives.

Additionally, you will manage orders and coordinate with our factory for

timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of architectural engineers to

achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

2. Design and Sales Oversight: Ensure the quality and accuracy of designs

and sales processes within the showroom, maintaining high standards of

presentation and customer engagement.

3. Customer Negotiations: Negotiate with customers to finalize sales

agreements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with

engineering offices and residential complex sales representatives to

generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

5. Order Management: Manage orders received at the showroom, including

processing, tracking, and coordinating with the factory for production and

delivery.

6. Showroom Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the

showroom, including inventory management, staffing, and maintaining a

clean and organized environment.

7. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to showroom

staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best

practices.

8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, sales

activities, and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related

field.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a

showroom or retail environment.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and sales processes.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional

service.
