Interior Designer

Location: AL-karada, Baghdad, Iraq

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

1. Create and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to clients for approval.

2. Develop detailed interior design plans, 2d architecture plans, specifying furniture, fixtures, materials, and color schemes.

3. Select and source appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories blocks in the design.

4. Coordinate with the lead of the department, CEO, and other heads of dep. And engineers to ensure design concepts are seamlessly integrated into the overall project.

5. Oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques to bring innovative ideas to projects.

7. Able to apply the requirement of design without self-mind changing in some projects.

8. Able to collaborate with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing projects.

3. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds max, Vray and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Strong understanding of spatial arrangements, color schemes, and design principles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating functional and visually appealing spaces.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Able to write a design theory for multi type project

9. Knowledge in the industry standards
