Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a

positive dining experience for restaurant guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food

and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining

1. Customer Service:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests in selecting menu items, providing recommendations, and answering
questions about the menu.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the
kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring proper
presentation and quality.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining
experience.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
2. Order Processing and Payment:
Enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Present bills to guests, process payments, and return change or credit card receipts
promptly.
