Hatra Energie, a Germany-based company specializing in solar energy system installations, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our new branch in Mosul, Iraq.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Hatra Energie's presence in Mosul. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and secure new customers for our solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy for the Mosul branch, aligned with Hatra Energie's overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer needs within the Mosul region.
- Build and manage strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to promote Hatra Energie's solar energy systems.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the conversion process from leads to sales.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives (to be hired).
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the Mosul market and culture.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
