Hatra Energie, a Germany-based company specializing in solar energy system installations, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our new branch in Mosul, Iraq.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Hatra Energie's presence in Mosul. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and secure new customers for our solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy for the Mosul branch, aligned with Hatra Energie's overall business goals.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer needs within the Mosul region.
  3. Build and manage strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to promote Hatra Energie's solar energy systems.
  5. Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the conversion process from leads to sales.
  6. Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
  7. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives (to be hired).
  8. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and marketing practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  2. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  3. A strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluency in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the Mosul market and culture.
  6. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
  7. A track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  8. Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams (a plus).
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
