Job Description:

Abwaab is looking for an Inbound Sales Assistant in Iraq to support their Sales Team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks, oversee the sales team, and ensure the achievement of set targets. You will also manage messages on social media platforms, particularly Telegram, assist in training new sales agents, and analyze data to provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Team lead in daily administrative tasks.
• Oversee the sales team and ensure the achievement of set targets.
• Manage and monitor messages on social media platforms, particularly Telegram.
• Assist in training new sales agents and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software.
