Swimming Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Coach to join our aquatic team. The Swimming Coach will be responsible for planning and implementing swim programs for various skill levels, providing instruction and guidance to swimmers, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in competitive swimming, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Location : Mansour.

Salary Range : 500,000 IQD - 1,000,000 IQD.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement swim training programs that cater to swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
• Instruct individuals or groups in swimming techniques and coach them on proper form and techniques.
• Evaluate swimmers' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Organize and oversee swim meets, competitions, and other team events.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain records of swimmer attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate practice schedules and team events.
• Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff regarding program information, practice schedules, and meet entries

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a competitive swimmer or swimming coach preferred.
• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid is required.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and competitive rules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and coaching.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Certification as a Swim Coach.
