Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior concepts based on client requirements, preferences, and project constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas e􏰀ectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored interior solutions.
• Source and recommend materials, furniture, and accessories that align with project

  aesthetics and budget.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Engage in sales activities, including client consultations, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client management and sales.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selections.
