Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Promotions)

Role Overview: The Performance Marketing Specialist will promote our content and enhance brand visibility through strategic paid advertising and performance marketing efforts. You’ll design, manage, and optimise campaigns that generate traffic, boost engagement, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).

  • Optimisation: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to meet performance benchmarks and deliver maximum ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to align paid promotion efforts with broader marketing objectives.

  • Performance Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on campaign metrics, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies.

  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, experimenting with new tools and tactics to improve results.
