Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

    • Appear in video reels and live sessions as required.

    • Develop content from Al-Khana’s workshops and training sessions.

    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create engaging content highlighting our recruitment services and success stories.

  • Reels Making:
    • Planned, shot, and edited engaging video reels for social media platforms.

    • Ensure all video content aligns with Al-Khana’s brand and marketing objectives.

    • Work closely with the content creator and graphic designer to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.

  • Workshop and Event Coverage:
    • Capture and create content from live workshops and events, ensuring key moments and highlights are documented.

    • Develop engaging stories and posts that showcase the value and impact of Al-Khana’s training programs.

  • Trainings intern

Scheduling and Organizing Training Sessions:

  • Coordinate with trainers to schedule training sessions.

  • Prepare and distribute training schedules to participants and trainers.

  • Ensure that training sessions are organised efficiently and run smoothly.

Managing Training Logistics:

  • Arrange training venues, materials, and equipment as needed.

  • Ensure all training materials are prepared and available before sessions.

  • Manage logistical details such as room setup, technology needs, and refreshments.

Handling Participant Registrations and Communications:

  • Process participant registrations and maintain accurate records.

  • Communicate with participants regarding training details, schedules, and requirements.

  • Address participant inquiries and provide necessary information and support.

Providing Administrative Support:

  • Assist the training team with various administrative tasks.

  • Maintain and update training databases and documentation.

  • Prepare reports and summaries of training activities as required
