- Spearhead the sales strategy for TORCH ERP and TORCH GRP, ensuring a strong pipeline and closure of deals.

- Navigate various industries to identify and cultivate business opportunities for our ERP solutions.

- Harness in-depth ERP system knowledge to enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.

- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Lead negotiations and deal closures, maintaining a focus on strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.

- Represent TORCH Corp at industry events, showcasing our ERP and GRP capabilities to a broad audience.

Requirements:

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an esteemed institution.

- Deep knowledge of multi-business sectors and extensive experience with ERP and GRP systems.

- A proven track record in generating significant sales and closing high-value deals.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets.

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, with a focus on strategic business outcomes.

- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within business development, sales, or a related field.
