Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide reports and insights on client performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, or business development.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience with Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
