Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide reports and insights on client performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, or business development.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience with Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
