Project Manager Analyst Developer

Mission Overview:

We are seeking to enhance and extend the functionalities of an existing course management platform developed in C# with a PostgreSQL database. This consultancy mission at a client site represents Keystone Solutions, where you will work on improving the experience for both teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

As a consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Coordination with the existing maintenance team and educational stakeholders.
• Planning the integration of new features.
• Managing risks associated with modifying an educational platform in production.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the institution's administrators.

Key Steps:

• Analysis of the existing system and gathering educational needs.
• Designing new functionalities.
• Developing extensions.
• Testing, optimization, and integration.

Technical Requirements:

• Primary Language: C#
• Framework: .NET (version to be specified according to the existing setup)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• ORM: Entity Framework Core
• Frontend: ASP.NET Core MVC or Blazor (depending on the existing architecture)
• API: ASP.NET Core Web API
• Testing: NUnit or xUnit
• Project Management: Azure DevOps or Jira

Technical Constraints:

• Ensure compatibility with the existing version of C# and .NET.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries to handle a large number of users and courses.
• Adhere to security and privacy standards for educational data.
• Ensure accessibility of new features for all users.
• Design an intuitive and responsive user interface.
