Senior Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role involves leading strategic projects and programs within the Platform Engineering division, which provides development teams with shared platforms, products, and services to accelerate application delivery while ensuring security, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transversal projects involving multiple Platform Engineering teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and contributions from various stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, risks, actions, and decisions.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of roadmaps.
• Facilitate communication between teams and with internal clients.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the division's strategy.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience in managing complex projects or transversal programs.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• General understanding of cloud environments, platforms, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and advance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Autonomy, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with active knowledge of the other national language.

Key Projects:

• Platform Security: Lead a common security roadmap for all platforms in the division, from definition to execution, to harmonize practices and accelerate the adoption of standards.
• Public Cloud Adoption: Support the transition to Public Cloud by coordinating inter-team initiatives.
• CI/CD Program: Manage the CI/CD program with technical leads and architects, track its progress, and promote the adoption of modern development practices.
• Empowering Business Units: Coordinate and prioritize developments that enhance the autonomy of development teams while ensuring visibility of progress and adherence to standards, governance, and shared platforms.
• Platform Service Portfolio Management: Contribute to structuring and managing the division's platform service portfolio.
