Business Analyst Expert Cards Consultant

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Business Analyst - Expert Cards for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s location.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.
• Evaluate and analyze change requests.
• Identify solutions collaboratively with squad colleagues and assess different options.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface with stakeholders.
• Bridge business needs with IT teams.
• Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
• Follow up on implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Spoken communication skills are useful.
• French: Good spoken communication skills are recommended.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a must.

Education:

• Master Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.

• Not applicable.

Travel:

• Not applicable.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Relevant technical experience.
• Preferable: Knowledge of cards-related technology and architecture.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Business expertise in cards and related services, knowledge of the cards industry (especially in Belgium), ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT, experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• Preferable: Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business, experience with agile methodology, knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
