IT Quality Assurance and Validation Expert

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant for a mission at a client site focused on IT Quality Assurance and Validation. This role involves working within a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of IT solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the application and evolution of the Quality policy regarding testing and documentation.
• Promote quality-related actions, including the implementation of necessary testing tools such as master test plans, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Encourage quality actions (code quality, unit testing, automation) within a DevSecOps chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new applications or their adaptations and maintenance.
• Coordinate and participate in test preparation (design, support for documentation) and monitor execution.
• Oversee the creation of test execution reports, issue tracking, and follow-up on corrections and implementations.
• Assist in producing the master test plan at the start of development projects.
• Supervise quality checks of deliverables from service providers.
• Define recommendations related to non-conformities and ensure their proper application.
• Coach and guide test coordinators and testers.
• Establish quality thresholds with stakeholders and make them SMART via dashboards/reports.
• Draft action plans for non-conformities and continuous improvement, along with follow-up reports.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables related to development.
