Mission Overview:


Keystone Solutions is seeking a Transformation Office Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for piloting, governing, and coordinating a portfolio of transformation programs and projects. As a consultant, you will work closely with the Head of Transformation Office and the Lead of Transformation Office to ensure effective management and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of governance instances (SteerCo, committees)
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and programs
  • Budget tracking
  • Risk and dependency management
  • Updating the overall roadmap
  • Producing dashboards and management reports

Required Hard Skills:


  • PMO, program management, and portfolio management (PMBOK, Agile)
  • Data consolidation and reporting (BI, MS-Office, MS-Project)
  • Analysis, synthesis, and structuring of information

Required Soft Skills:


  • Rigor and reliability of produced information
  • Structured communication: translating complex data into decision-making aids
  • Collaboration with business teams, IT, and sponsors

Profile:


  • Higher education (Master's) in management, engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or transformation
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills
