Senior Project Manager Digital Transformation Delivery

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves leading complex digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery, and contributing to the overall transformation roadmap while collaborating closely with business and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects while contributing to the overall execution of the transformation roadmap.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate business, IT, Data teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and conflicting priorities.
• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with operational managers, PMO, Business Partner, and ARB.
• Ensure clear reporting and compliance with programme governance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
• Apply the PMO methodology and approach.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex IT project management.
• Proven digital transformation delivery experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in matrix organizations.
• Strong business and IT understanding.
• Public-sector experience is an asset.
