Senior Developer Technical Analyst Tech Lead

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst & Tech Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves the design, development, and enhancement of IT applications within a rapidly evolving healthcare organization focused on digitalization and innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analyses of existing and new IT applications.
• Translate functional business needs into technical designs and solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and expand software applications and IT tools.
• Integrate new software into existing application landscapes.
• Develop and maintain C# services and API connections.
• Participate in or guide technical migrations, including application, domain, or infrastructure migrations.
• Contribute to performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Actively contribute to a future-oriented IT architecture.
• Possibly take on a coaching or technical lead role within the team.
• Collaborate within project contexts and contribute to project management activities.

Technical Environment:

You will work in a varied technology and application landscape, including:

• Development Tools: Visual Studio .NET, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Android Studio
• Programming Languages and Frameworks: C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, Next.js, PHP, Java, jQuery, AJAX
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
• Infrastructure and Servers: Microsoft IIS, IBM WebSphere Application Server, WildFly

You may be involved in applications such as digital customer portals, employee self-service platforms for time registration and personnel administration, or integrations with scheduling software.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree level.
• Fluent in Dutch with a very good knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
• Experience with or strong interest in IT applications within healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Team-oriented and communicative.
• Interest in both development and technical coordination.
