Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager on a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will strengthen the team coordinating the digitization program for urban planning and environmental permits. This dynamic role involves collaborating with a diverse team of analysts, testers, change managers, and project leaders already assigned to specific missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-study phase to operational production transfer.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, sub-program teams, and the digital team to coordinate the digitization of both urban planning and environmental permits.
• Conduct or oversee pre-analysis (offer coordination) including scope estimation, technology, resources, and budget.
• Identify service providers, stakeholders, and experts; define project charters and establish project organization.
• Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to understand client needs and environment.
• Define tasks and deliverables (technical and documentation) and create project plans using agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering value to clients. A Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Build and energize the project team.
• Act as the single point of contact for the business.
• Monitor project progress (planning, budget, scope, risks) and manage changes.
• Engage all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Provide hands-on support during critical phases of the program, especially during execution.
• Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, and training phases.
• Ensure follow-up on production implementation and provisional (MVP) and definitive (final product) acceptance.
• Close projects effectively.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting at various levels.
• Share knowledge and skills with team members.
