Mission Overview:


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary responsibility of the IT Project Manager will be to manage multiple business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signatures and test management, in accordance with the client's standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions.
  • Define and maintain scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.
  • Organize SteerCo meetings, prepare decisions, and maintain reliable PSR reporting.
  • Oversee suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
  • Contribute to special specifications and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.
  • Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production validation.
  • Manage change, communication, and coordination with impacted users.
  • Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run to operational teams.
  • Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies.
  • Support the harmonization of PM practices.

Throughout your mission, you will adhere to GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 regulations.
