Project Manager Business Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business within the Marketing & Communications domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded in the client’s Audience & Workflow Management team, reporting to the Head of the MarCom Expertise Centre. You will operate at a strategic level, ensuring governance, coherence, and delivery across a complex, transversal project landscape. This opportunity allows you to bring your expertise to dynamic client environments while benefiting from the support and values of Keystone Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strategic and operational continuity of a portfolio of projects under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Focus on project governance, decision support, consolidation of progress, risks, and financials, and alignment between strategy, execution, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Audience & Workflow Management team to ensure alignment with audience strategy and workflow governance.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear project priorities, milestones, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Consolidate and monitor progress, dependencies, and outcomes of all project tasks.
• Act as a senior expert sounding board for colleagues on complex, cross-project, or high-impact issues.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies, including escalation preparation.
• Support decision-making by preparing structured analyses, scenarios, and recommendations.
• Ensure project-level budget follow-up, cost control, and forecasting.
• Prepare, structure, and actively contribute to program steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and control frameworks (Compliance, Permanent Control, Operational Risk).
• Provide clear, concise, and decision-oriented reporting to the Head of the MarCom Expertise Centre and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Expert level with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in senior project or project management.
• Proven track record in managing complex, transversal projects.
• Strong experience in governance, dependency management, risk management, and financial follow-up.
• Experience in financial services or banking is a strong asset.
• Very good knowledge of project and project management methodologies and tools.
• Background in Adobe Campaign and other Adobe solutions like Workfront is a big plus.
• Strategic and analytical thinking (“helicopter view”).
• Strong judgment and decision support capability in complex contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
• Structured, disciplined, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to rapidly understand context and ensure stability and continuity.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Native or fluent
• French: Native or fluent
• English: Fluent

Education & Certification:

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Project or project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.) is an asset.

Work Environment:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
