Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst within the Fraud Cluster. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Reinforce the Fraud Cluster in the tribe "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" as a Senior Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS) and preferably an understanding of fraud prevention and detection in banking.
- Join a team that provides tools to fight fraud and coordinates the bank-wide strategy against fraud, supporting remote contact interactions, automating processes, and delivering fraud prevention solutions.
- Lead end-to-end features and opuses (Opus owner, feature owner), mastering Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
- Collaborate with squad colleagues and contributors to elaborate on solutions, lead business analysis, participate in functional analysis, facilitate business needs collection, and coordinate stakeholders during ideation and refinement phases.
- Challenge business needs for efficiency, future-oriented solutions, and strategic fit, documenting requirements and ensuring customer experience aspects are covered.
- Translate business/client needs into requirements for target solutions, document needs for autonomous squad progress, and liaise with contributors as needed.
- Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities, report on progress, defects, and risks.
- Support business onboarding for new solutions, map needs with delivered functionalities, and monitor at go-live (change management).
- Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to keep progress on track and share transparently.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role, including Agile ideation and refinement techniques and Opus ownership.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.
- Expertise in MS Office, especially with data visualization and graphs.
- Experience contributing to testing activities and functional analysis, with a technical understanding of functionalities.
- Excellent business analytic skills (over 6 years relevant experience).
- Project management experience (OPUS and feature ownership, refinement and ideation techniques).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
