Mission Overview:


As part of the evolution of our client’s business applications, we are seeking a UI Designer to create user-friendly, consistent, and accessible interfaces. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, where you will collaborate closely with business, product, and development teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design the visual identity of interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure graphic consistency, digital accessibility (WCAG standards), and adaptability (responsive design) of applications.
  • Translate user journeys and wireframes into final interfaces ready for development.
  • Create, maintain, and evolve the Design System and UI standards.
  • Actively participate in user testing and contribute to the synthesis of results to optimize interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Integrate the framework provided by management, enterprise architects, or business analysts into visual design.

Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in UI Design for web or business applications.
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills with developers (UI hand-off).
  • Ability to translate concepts and functional journeys into clear, modern, user-centered visual interfaces.
  • Expertise in creating graphic charters, typography, iconography, and interface components (UI kits).
  • Mastery of composition rules, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skills or sensitivity in UX Design (user research, wireframing) are a major asset.
