Security Consultant DPO

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a mid-level Security and Privacy Consultant for a consultancy mission with our client’s Security, Privacy and Access team. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will support the client’s Security Officer and Data Protection Officer in the daily execution and further professionalization of the information security and privacy policy, working closely with client stakeholders while leveraging Keystone Solutions’ expertise and guidance.

Consultancy Nature of Work:

In this role, you will operate under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, collaborating on site at the client’s location and within their teams. You will represent Keystone Solutions, bring best practices to the client environment, and benefit from our consultant community, coaching, and tools while delivering measurable impact for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize and deliver security and privacy awareness initiatives.
• Support the client’s Security Officer and Data Protection Officer in their daily activities.
• Support the maintenance and further development of the Information Security Management System and the Privacy Information Management System.
• Perform and follow up on security and privacy risk analyses.
• Contribute to the preparation and follow up of internal and external audits.
• Advise projects and operational teams on security and privacy requirements.
• Support privacy related activities, including drafting DPIAs, maintaining registers of processing activities, safeguarding data subject rights and managing processors.
• Participate in the Security Incident Response Team, and support analysis, handling, reporting and evaluation of security incidents.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrable business experience in privacy management, with DPO certification.
• Demonstrable experience as a Security Consultant in one or more of the following environments: data, infrastructure or applications, minimum 3 years, mid-level seniority.
• Demonstrable experience with security and privacy measures within Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Information Security Management, ISO 2700x.
• Higher education, bachelor or master, with a technical or engineering background, such as computer science or information technology.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrated during interview.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrated during interview.
• Language requirement: English at CEFR level C1.
• Language requirement: Dutch or French at CEFR level C1.

Should Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience within the Belgian energy market.
• Demonstrable experience implementing security projects.
• Demonstrable experience with security and privacy measures in other cloud environments.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Belgian NIS2 obligations.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL.
• Language requirement: good knowledge of both Dutch and French at CEFR level B1.
