Senior IT Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead a large-scale server migration project, ensuring successful delivery while representing Keystone Solutions. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, managing project timelines and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects according to agreed objectives;
• Oversee the implementation of IT processes and ensure compliance with project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies);
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally;
• Collaborate with internal departments and development teams to plan the migrations of their applications, understanding their needs and translating them into practical solutions;
• Manage project risks and propose timely solutions to any obstacles;
• Steer project teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved;
• Prepare reports and updates to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a similar field;
• At least 7 years of experience in IT project management;
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English;
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
• Excellent at planning, organizing, and prioritizing;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Thorough knowledge of IT processes and project management methodologies;
• Knowledge of IT networks and IT security solutions;
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, stress-resistant, and result-oriented.
