Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst on a consultancy mission at a client site focused on the dematerialization of environmental permits and unique permits. You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and document their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the context and objectives of the ARNE (Environment) business.
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between different internal and external actors, serving as a foundation for a requirements document.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements of the solution in agreement with the relevant business units and SPW Digital personnel involved in the project.
• Facilitate analysis workshops and write acceptance test scenarios with the business.
• Collaborate with project managers to conduct workshops for business testing (e.g., demos, training, acceptance).
• Draft validation test scenarios in accordance with the testing and quality strategy approved by the program quality manager.
• Write and execute coherence and integration tests; support the business in executing test scenarios.
• Communicate and validate deliverables with the relevant business units.
• Contribute to incident lifecycle management and production follow-up.
• Ensure that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations and complies with quality requirements.
• Contribute to cross-cutting dematerialization and optimization initiatives, including the integration of artificial intelligence (generative AI, automation).
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules).
• Contribute to the successful execution of the project within the program.
