Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, sharpening business objectives, and translating them into clear, achievable, and valuable solutions within a multi-stakeholder environment. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across the entire analysis chain: from capturing and structuring business requirements to the detailed analysis necessary for correct functional and technical development.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define processes, requirements, and solution directions.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and business-oriented professional with extensive experience in business analysis, process optimization, stakeholder management, and digital platforms.
• Preferably experience in maritime logistics digitization.
