IT Continuity Process and Reporting Officer

Mission Overview:

The IT Continuity Process & Reporting Officer role is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join the IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team, collaborating to ensure the client's ability to respond to critical failures in applications or datacenters. You will embed rules defined by regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank, and group policies.

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory & Group Compliance
  • Ensure the IT Continuity process remains up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements and group standards.
  • Proactively review changes in requirements with group representatives and adapt processes accordingly.
• Audit & Control Support
  • Participate in the execution of audits and control plans, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely.
  • Follow up on findings, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and closed within deadlines.
• Risk & Gap Mitigation
  • Monitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure corrective actions are prioritized, documented, and validated with stakeholders.
• Validation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Deliverables
  • Review and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports.
  • Approve changes to application continuity levels in alignment with business impact analyses.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be presented on various boards and shared with regulators.
  • Ensure reporting is clear, actionable, and compliant with internal/external expectations.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Preferable
• French: Preferable
• English: Proficient level required

Education:

• Bachelor or equivalent years of experience

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• Proven experience in assessing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Expertise in designing and maintaining dashboards/reports
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development
• MS Office, Service Now

Business Experience (Mandatory):

• Knowledge of agile methodology
