C# Developer Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking to enhance and extend the functionalities of an existing course management platform developed in C# with a PostgreSQL database. This consultancy mission at a client site represents Keystone Solutions, where you will work on improving the experience for both teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

As a consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Analyze the existing architecture and specific educational needs.
• Design new features in line with pedagogical practices.
• Develop technical specifications for the extensions.
• Conduct analysis of the current system and gather educational requirements.
• Design and develop new functionalities.
• Perform testing, optimization, and integration.

Required Profiles:

• Project Manager
• Analyst
• Developer

New Features to Implement:

• Student progress tracking system with personalized dashboards.
• Advanced course and session scheduling functionality.
• Integrated communication system (messaging, discussion forum).
• RESTful API for integration with other educational tools.

Technical Requirements:

• Main Language: C#
• Framework: .NET (version to be specified according to the existing setup)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• ORM: Entity Framework Core
• Frontend: ASP.NET Core MVC or Blazor (depending on existing architecture)
• API: ASP.NET Core Web API
• Testing: NUnit or xUnit
• Project Management: Azure DevOps or Jira

Technical Constraints:

• Ensure compatibility with the existing version of C# and .NET.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries to handle a large number of users and courses.
• Adhere to security and privacy standards for educational data.
• Ensure accessibility of new features for all users.
• Design an intuitive and responsive user interface.
