Mission Overview:
This is a full-time consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions at our client, a regional public agency, focused on change management for the digital transformation program of procedures and asset referentials. The consultant will help define and implement a comprehensive change management strategy (communications, training and supports, resistance management, and human-centered accompaniment), working closely with stakeholders across the client organization.
Consultancy Model and On-Site Expectations:
- Engage as a Keystone Solutions consultant, collaborating directly with the client's stakeholders under a consultancy model.
- On-site presence at least 50% of the time, with flexibility to increase if necessary.
- Full-time mission (5 days/week) with a progressive ramp-up (e.g., starting at 3 days/week and then increasing to 5 days/week based on project evolution; to be discussed).
Client Context and Program Scope:
- For the dematerialization of business procedures (classification, restoration, subsidy of heritage assets) and asset referentials, the client is launching a program to implement an integrated internal management, referentials, and data publication platform to create and track the full lifecycle of a case file.
- The platform will interface with other regional and federal applications to provide a complete user journey.
- The platform will be developed on Odoo ERP and will interact with other application modules (to be defined, including website, geomatics, data exchange platform, advisory submission platform, etc.).
- The platform will deeply transform business processes and rules, internal methodologies, and solutions used. Therefore, it is necessary to define a strategy to support business teams from the outset.
- The change management initiative aims to accompany, convince, and support collaborators through the envisioned transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, in collaboration with stakeholders (the client's internal teams and partner digital administration), a change management strategy and implement it.
- Cover the following within the strategy: internal and external communications, training and training supports, assistance in managing resistance to change, and human-centered accompaniment.
- Identify key people within business teams to collaborate with and, beyond strategy, create the specific content required to execute change activities.
- Execute responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded with the client team.
