Project Manager IT Cloud Migration Expert

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager (IT) and Cloud Migration Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of activities for the 'Move To Cloud 2026–2028' program, acting as the local technical project manager.
• Represent local teams in front of central teams, including EMEA SSC Cloud Horizon program, Cloud-DevOps Center of Expertise, and Group central IT function.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of tasks and activities within the local scope of the cloud migration, including infrastructure, platforms, DevSecOps toolchain adoption, automation, and security.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet objectives according to scope.
• Oversee project teams to achieve specific objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Define migration roadmaps in collaboration with program teams and pilot detailed planning for autonomous and supported migrations.
• Coordinate and follow up on local technical team activities, monitor budget and resource consumption, manage risks, and report to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and implementation of cloud best practices (FinOps, DevSecOps, SecOps) and compliance with project governance and security policies.
• Maintain constant interaction with program and DevOps teams, liaise with cloud providers and integration partners, and lead project and steering committees.
• Support local teams in transformation and ensure effective communication between business and stakeholders.
• Agree project objectives, estimate effort and costs, plan and source project staffing, and ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
• Monitor and manage project risks, ensure adherence to enterprise rules and standards, and maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Participate in steering committees, ensure handover of deliverables, and align with operational teams for post-project activities.
• Functionally manage assigned project teams, leading by example.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in complex international technical projects, especially corporate cloud migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud strategy definition and operational implementation.
• General technical expertise: CI/CD toolchain, JAVA, Spring, IaaS/PaaS, RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ESB, ETL, document management systems, API management.
• Project management methodologies: V-Cycle, Agile, hybrid, Scrum, KANBAN.
• Risk management and IT security (ISO27001, NIST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Preferable: Knowledge of private or public cloud solutions for financial services.

Languages:

• French: Mandatory, fluent.
• English: Mandatory, sound knowledge (B2 level minimum).

Education:

• IT Engineer or Project Management background.

Work Location and Telework:

• Based in Brussels, with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
