Business Analyst Expert Cards Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst - Expert Cards within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.
• Analyze and evaluate change requests.
• Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and evaluate different options.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface with stakeholders.
• Bridge business needs with IT.
• Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
• Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
• French: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience: Knowledge of cards-related systems and architecture is preferable.
• Business experience: Mandatory expertise in cards products, processes, and services; knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium; strong ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and their link with IT; experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• Preferable: Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business; experience with agile methodology; knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
