Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and coach the QA vision, strategy, processes, and best practices to support projects and teams in their QA approach and required QA estimations.
  • Collaborate with two technical QA architects to provide support on both technical and developer-oriented QA aspects.
  • Assist project teams in determining the most suitable QA approach and aid project leads in estimating the necessary QA effort for new projects or significant business features.
  • Lead the execution of the QA change roadmap, including managing parts of the implementation, following up with teams and QA members, and reporting progress and budget status to ICT management.
  • Foster a culture of quality across all teams, including ICT management, while applying effective change management skills to reduce resistance.


Skills/Profile:

  • Comprehensive understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage quality assurance, coach, and lead within complex software development environments.
  • Deep understanding of the agile software process and contemporary QA practices.
  • Proven experience in test planning, follow-up, and project management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, characterized by a collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to communicate in Dutch and French, fluent in one of them and proficient in English (both spoken and written).


Practical Details:

This role is a part-time position requiring three days a week, alternating two days per week, with one day of remote work. The default on-site days are Tuesday and/or Thursday. The start date for this consultancy mission is as soon as possible.
