IT Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

The role within Keystone Solutions recruitment department focuses on consultancy missions at client sites. We are seeking a dedicated consultant who will work closely with our client to navigate their unique challenges in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand client requirements and assess technical feasibility as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with existing IT solutions within the consultancy framework.
• Develop and document use cases, user stories, UML diagrams, and functional architectures, ensuring these deliverables meet client objectives.
• Manage project backlogs and Agile ceremonies while ensuring effective planning and execution under Keystone Solutions guidance.
• Guide developers and testers to create or adapt applications based on client needs, leveraging your consultancy expertise.
• Validate application functionality through testing and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills/Profile:

• Proficient in functional analysis, including process description and documentation (e.g., UML, BPMN), specifically in a consultancy context.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders while representing Keystone Solutions.
• Experienced with Agile and ITIL methodologies, as well as SQL query writing, to support diverse client engagements.
• Knowledgeable in test methodologies and translating business processes into technical solutions for varying client scenarios.
• Skilled in planning and managing Agile ceremonies and working within multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing collaborative consultancy efforts.
• Multilingual capabilities (Dutch, French, English) for effective collaboration in bilingual environments, enhancing project outcomes with Keystone Solutions.
