About the Role

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Leader IT & OT with a strong focus on Edge Computing and Message Queuing to lead industrial automation and digitalization projects for our clients. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be at the forefront of IT/OT convergence, ensuring seamless integration of industrial technologies in dynamic environments while working on-site with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & execute IT & OT projects, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery in accordance with the consultancy model.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and integrators, ensuring project alignment with client specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (URS, FDS, FAT/SAT, tendering documents) in compliance with industry standards as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Drive automation & digitalization initiatives, emphasizing Edge Computing and industrial IoT solutions.
• Oversee real-time data processing solutions and ensure robust MQTT-based communication across industrial systems.
• Contribute hands-on to IT/OT software applications, supporting software development when necessary.
• Ensure seamless integration of PLC/SCADA, DCS, MES, and industrial communication protocols such as MQTT and Modbus.

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in IT/OT project leadership, focusing on industrial automation and digitalization (manufacturing, utilities, or process industries).
Strong IT/OT development background, with expertise in automation, control systems, and industrial processes (experience in sustainability-related projects is a plus).
Proven experience in Edge Computing, ensuring real-time data processing and system optimization.
Expertise in MQTT for secure and efficient communication in industrial networks.
Familiarity with Schneider PLCs (M580, M262) and Siemens Edge devices (Simatic IPC) is a strong plus.
Experience in tendering & procurement processes (RFQs) and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and structured project management.
Exceptional problem-solving & analytical skills, with adaptability in fast-paced industrial environments.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
Valid Drivers License (B) required.
