About the Role

You will contribute to the design, development, and support of various engineering applications and APIs in .NET Core (6) on Azure. Collaborating closely with talented developers, analysts, and architects, you will also have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering-related applications.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including cloud design patterns and principles such as DDD, CQRS, and SOLID.

Required Expertise

• Technical Skills:
  • .NET Core (6) / C# (7 or higher).
  • Core Azure services: Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIM, Application Insights, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions.
  • React for front-end development.
  • SQL Server and database integration.
  • Web API, Identity (AAD), oAuth.
  • Proficiency in microservices, containerization (Docker), and event-driven architectures.
• Engineering Experience: Proven involvement in engineering-related projects, preferably in the rail sector.
• Soft Skills:
  • Motivated, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 10+ years in .NET development.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in Azure or software development are a plus.
