Project Manager

Mission Overview:

This role is a consultancy mission for our client with a focus on managing a substantial data project involving 59TB of documents. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the clients departments to enhance data organization and compliance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to identifying responsible parties for each document, categorizing them, and defining appropriate retention rules.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary liaison with various departments to ensure they carry out the classification work and define retention rules.
• Coordinating efforts across 9 out of 10 departments to identify document owners.
• Collaborating with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to submit a validated list of documents.

Desired Profile:

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to motivate and coordinate teams without directly overseeing the classification tasks.
• No specific technical skills are required; however, a strong drive to advance the project is essential.

Mission Duration:

This consultancy mission is expected to last for 2 to 3 months, beginning at the end of March and concluding in early April.
