UX/UI Designer (Brussels)

Key Responsibilities:

As a UX/UI Consultant, you will:

• Conduct user research to understand needs and improve access to essential services in social welfare, healthcare, and insurance sectors.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.
• Advocate for inclusivity and accessibility in all design projects, catering to diverse user groups.
• Optimize designs for usability, responsiveness, and consistency across devices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Languages: Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with experience in prototyping and usability testing.
• Relevant Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI solutions, especially for social welfare, healthcare, or insurance projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and a passion for innovation and learning.
